Rug No. 24 is a 100% hand-woven rug in a soft, sand-brown shade, highlighted by lighter elements in the pattern, evoking a serene yet sophisticated aesthetic. The floral-inspired motifs draw; influence from decorative wall designs found at the entrances of traditional buildings in Copenhagen’s historic Frederiksberg district, a tribute to the city's rich architectural heritage.

Wool, Linen

Cappelen Dimyr is produced by hand in the finest wool with long and strong fibers. Because of its natural structure, the long pile rugs tend to shed initially, and it is therefore recommended to vacuum the rugs daily. It is common for rugs to lose individual fibers, which has been considered in all Cappelen Dimyr designs, to ensure that the excess fibers do not affect the quality of the rug. It is recommended flat spout when vacuuming long pile rugs to avoid damaging the yarn. Make sure not to use a heavy beater bar. Shedding tends to decrease within a couple of months.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
