Hand-shaped by designer Rebecca Hein, these knobs add a warm, human touch to any space. Each piece is crafted using the traditional sand casting technique, creating subtle black spots and natural grains that highlight its unique character. Hand-polished to perfection, every knob is a true testament to artisanal craftsmanship.

100 % Brass, titanium finish

Brass is a living material and will naturally develop a darker color due to oxidation. Exposure to moisture or grease can reinforce the oxidation and may leave stains and fingerprints. The oxide layer protects the metal and forms a beautiful patina over time but can easily be cleaned off to restore the original brightness and shine. Wash solid brass objects in hot soapy water to clean off grease or wax, and gently rub it with a soft cloth. Use a non-abrasive polish to remove tarnishing and re-shine the surface. Avoid using steel wool or other materials that can scratch the metal.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
