Rattan is a sturdy, adaptable, and top-notch material with a unique and ageless look. Our products are stretched by hand, ensuring greater tension on the panel than machine-produced counterparts. These benefits enhance seating comfort. Over time, the tightly stretched rattan may shape itself to fit the user. Variations in weave and colors are natural, making each piece distinct yet equally comfortable.

We suggest using cushions on all our chairs and benches. Cushions not only enhance comfort but also help prolong the life of your rattan bench.

Wood is a natural product and always works. By cold, heat, dryness and moisture. When it comes to our brown and black items, these have been sprayed and varnished. Because of the working of the wood, after a while the natural colour of the wood becomes visible. It then appears that the wood is broken, this is not the case. Places where this can happen are, for example, the 'V' of the legs or the seat. We have a special kit to touch this up. We can send it free of charge.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
