We have created a series of four coffee cups inspired by the original coffee machine of La Marzocco designed in 1927, representing the fun and artisanal nature of our brands. The cups are made from thick-walled ceramics for a smooth hand feel and a bold design in a two-tone color combination. They add an eclectic sentiment to your kitchen or coffee bar. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
