Our custom-woven fabric has a soft, luxurious feel and is produced energy-efficiently without harmful coatings. Because the fabric has not been chemically coated, it does absorb water, but then easily dries without any unpleasant smells or discoloring. This pouf keeps its color in the sun, is wrinkle-free and dirt-repellent.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
