Seat is made of plywood and cut foam + boucle upholstery. Backrest is made of FSC certified solid oak and cut foam and legs are made of FSC certified solid oak. Coated with water-based clear lacquer. The seat pad is replaceable.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
