To minimize environmental impact, wash at 40°C and avoid tumble drying or ironing. Instead, stretch and hang sheets to dry. Fill the washing machine completely to save water, and avoid dry cleaning unless using an organic dry cleaner.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
