With their slimmer build, it's best to keep these candles away from drafts to prevent drips. Ensure they aren't placed too close together—maintain more than 7cm apart as suggested on the packaging. For best results, avoid placing them in direct sunlight.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
