The water used to brew tea has a real effect on its taste. White Charcoal naturally purifies water by adsorbing chlorine and adding minerals, softening its taste and turning it into mineral water. In collaboration with MATIAS MOELLENBACH, we’ve combined the ancient Japanese tradition of Kishu Binchotan with various elements of contemporary Danish design.

Return Policy
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
