This timeless chair design is the result of a mature awareness process inspired by different ideas and experiences. Available in four distinct versions, it includes two options for armrest customization (with or without armrest) as well as two customization options for the base (four legs or a sled base). Concerning the base, you can choose a wooden or metallic finish. Meanwhile, the upholstered seat and backrest can also be customized with contrasting fabrics.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
