Agnes Collection - A collection of glass tableware created to bring people together. The thickness and soft lines are inspired by ancient Japanese matcha cups and plates. With their wavy curves, it is designed to lie well in the hand making it durable for everyday use while still setting an aesthetic atmosphere. 

 Every piece is mouth blown and turned by hand making each pieces unique. The collection is suitable for cold drinks.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
