Description

Rug No.16, crafted from natural New Zealand wool featuring handspun slub yarn, showcases an intentionally uneven base for a unique texture. It comes in a subtle, chalky off-white hue, adorned with a floral pattern inspired by the elegance of the French lily. Each rug is enriched with hand-embroidered flowers, lending every bloom its own distinctive beauty and enhancing the overall authenticity and uniqueness of the design.

The variations in color and detail are a testament to the rug's handcrafted creation, guaranteeing that each piece is one-of-a-kind.

Product Care

Cappelen Dimyr is produced by hand in the finest wool with long and strong fibers. Because of its natural structure, the long pile rugs tend to shed initially, and it is therefore recommended to vacuum the rugs daily in the beginning. It is common for rugs to lose individual fibers, and this has been taken in to consideration in all Cappelen Dimyr designs, to make sure that the excess fibers do not affect the quality of the rug. It is recommended flat spout when vacuuming long pile rugs to avoid damaging the yarn. Make sure not to use a heavy beater bar. Shedding tends to decrease within a couple of months.

Return Policy

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
