Rug No.02 is an exquisitely hand-knotted piece, woven from natural wool to create a decorative masterpiece. Its soft, irregular pattern offers a dynamic and captivating aesthetic. Crafted from natural, unbleached wool, this rug features a plush shell-white high pile atop a sandy colored base, presenting a subtle yet rich contrast. The inclusion of a lengthy fringe edge along its perimeter introduces a sophisticated, artistic, and ethnic touch to the design.

The individual variations in color and detailing underscore the rug's artisanal creation, ensuring every piece is uniquely its own. Notably, as a rug with a partially long pile and shaggy texture, it may exhibit more shedding than lower pile variants. Frequent vacuuming is recommended to manage shedding, helping to preserve the rug's intricate beauty and allure.

Product Care

Cappelen Dimyr is produced by hand in the finest wool with long and strong fibers. Because of its natural structure, the long pile rugs tend to shed initially, and it is therefore recommended to vacuum the rugs daily in the beginning. It is common for rugs to lose individual fibers, and this has been taken in to consideration in all Cappelen Dimyr designs, to make sure that the excess fibers do not affect the quality of the rug. It is recommended flat spout when vacuuming long pile rugs to avoid damaging the yarn. Make sure not to use a heavy beater bar. Shedding tends to decrease within a couple of months.

Return Policy

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
