Note: Mattress sold separately. Complete your bed with one of the futon mattresses to enhance your sleeping experience.

For those with a US queen-size mattress, the Japan Bed - Blue Dream 160x200 cm model is recommended. The US queen mattress is slightly smaller, which may reveal the bed slats. To create a seamless look, consider using a pair (2x) of 80x200 cm Tatami Mats beneath your mattress. This addition not only conceals the slats but also enhances the visual and tactile comfort of your Japan Bed - Blue Dream.

Frame material: Pine wood

Wood: The knots in natural wood furniture are individual characteristics and charisma of each piece of furniture. Not two will look the same. You can expect the natural wood surfaces to change over time when permanently exposed to the climate, sunlight, and humidity fluctuations.

General wood care: do not place hot objects on the furniture, do not place candles directly on the furniture, immediately wipe off any spilled liquids with a damp cloth, regularly check if the screws and fittings are tight.

Fabric: Mixed fabric is made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester. Do only clean with a dry cloth to prevent stains.

Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
