Slow Food, Fast Cars captures the extraordinary sensory and culinary experience of staying at Casa Maria Luigia. Created in close collaboration with Lara and Massimo, the book collects 85 authentic, accessible recipes for breakfasts, brunches, and all-day snacks, including frittatas and focaccias, salads, cakes and pastries, jams and preserves and more. At Casa Maria Luigia the past collides with the contemporary, and home cooks will discover seasonal variations for each recipe, as well as information about the dish’s origins and ingredients. Evocative photography and personal essays tell the fascinating stories behind every element of this magical guest house, from the incredible food to the interior design, cars, vinyl collection, garden, and country landscape.

Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as a fødselsnummer or organisasjonsnummer. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
