Jermain is the ultimate versatile chair. It’s possible to customize the base into two distinct options: wooden or metallic. The wooden base presents four legs with an angular cut for an architectural design. The metallic option features metallic four-star feet with a swivel system, perfect for office ambiance. Jermain stars a convex back that elongates to a discreet armrest with a slight open bend for extreme comfort. Also, an elegant opening on the back brings a touch of contemporary style.

Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as a fødselsnummer or organisasjonsnummer. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
