This medium warmth duvet is both Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and Nomite certified. Plus, it's easy to care for as it's machine washable at 60°C.

• Air out regularly and shield from direct sunlight.
• Give it a gentle shake occasionally to ensure even distribution of the down.
• Avoid prolonged seating or lying on the duvet.
• Store in the cotton bag in a dry place for long-term use.
• Clean every 2-4 years following the care label instructions.
• Maximum washing temperature: 60°C.

Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as a fødselsnummer or organisasjonsnummer. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
