The Djembe collection is dishwasher safe at 45° maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges.
If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
For cutlery with horn-effect handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).

Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as a fødselsnummer or organisasjonsnummer. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
