With understated details and intelligible flexibility, the New Works shelving system aims to be just that. Designed to effortlessly blend into a variety of spaces, this simple shelving system continues New Works’ ongoing quest of creating elevated basics. Nothing is surplus and everything has been carefully attended to, like the angular profiles of the wall bars and the integrated bookends that keep your belongings in place. The shelves are neatly assembled with flat knurled screws in stainless steel, adding an honest yet refined detail to the design. A system that is meant to grow - in your home and in range – to accommodate various storage needs.

Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as a fødselsnummer or organisasjonsnummer. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Lead times are estimate and do not include shipping.

Transforming a house into a cozy home is a journey. Our curated collection includes globally sourced items, many made to order just for you. The production and delivery time ranges from couple days to several months. Upon receiving your order, we'll email you an estimated timeline and provide ongoing updates. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
