This pouf is upholstered with our signature upholstery fabric Amina, showcasing a blend of craftsmanship and quality. Whether opting for a subtle solid design or a lush pattern, our poofs exude timeless charm, seamlessly complementing any stylish decor. Our custom woven fabric has a soft, luxurious feel and is produced energy-efficiently without harmful coatings. Because the fabric has not been chemically coated, it does absorb water, but then easily dries without any unpleasant smells of discoloring. This pouf keeps its color in the sun, is wrinkle-free and dirt-repellent.

Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
