The Sphera collection of mirrors by Jean-Baptiste Fastrez is a contemporary interpretation of a technical device for creating mirror walls. Very popular in the first half of the 20th century, the mirror bracket has since been reduced to its sole function, and today is no more than a kind of mirror attachment sold in the bathroom section of DIY shops. Return Policy
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
