Each lantern is made with attention to detail, featuring a rice paper shade, an oak or black-stained wooden ring, and a sturdy white matte metal frame stretcher. The 3-meter white cord and included ceiling cup ensure ease in setting up your lighting vision. Please note, the socket is E27, compatible with LED bulbs from 10-40W, but the plug is not included.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
