Our partnership with Dusty Deco spans years, offering an array of custom designs, with this easy chair being a standout favorite. Please keep in mind that due to its organic nature, the sheepskin’s color may vary from what you see in pictures, adding a personal touch to each chair.

Return Policy
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
