To minimize environmental impact, spot-clean stains with a damp cloth and air dry. For a deeper clean, machine wash at 40°C using an eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry with dryer balls to reduce drying time and maintain the duvet’s quality over time.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
