Hand-made in 100% wool.

Due to the natural material, the rug tend to shed. By regular vacuuming, the shedding decreases over time but will never cease completely.

Hand-woven. Each rug is unique and can vary slightly in size and color.

Cleaning: Vacuum regularly without a brush. For more thorough cleaning, dry cleaning is recommended.

Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
