Solid Viscose Rug

The Solid viscose rug has an elegant and clean expression. Francis Pearl is our lightest color and has a warm undertone, that like a pearl creates a neutral white color. With this collection, we embraced the idea to create monochrome rugs with a very classic tone. The rugs from the Solid Viscose Collection are handwoven in a soft and slightly shiny 100% viscose construction. As each rug is woven individually there might be variations in size and color which means all our customers can experience a unique piece. Due to its hand-tufted construction, the carpet has a tendency to initially shed fibers and we therefore recommend to regularly vacuum the carpet.

Cleaning: Vacuum regularly without a brush. For more thorough cleaning, dry cleaning is recommended.

Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
