This vase is inspired by the Greco-Roman period, having a timeless appearance and finished with a contemporary textured shiny glaze. Each piece develops its own distinctive character with shades of black as it goes through the firing process. No two pieces will look alike. The handmade process gives it a subtle and intimate uneven touch.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
