Originally introduced in 2016, the Letters Rug has been reimagined with a fresh selection of colors—including teal, ochre, rust red, beige, and yellow. These carefully chosen tones ensure seamless integration with a variety of interiors and materials. The labyrinthine design of the Letters Rug creates a striking graphic effect, making it a bold centerpiece in any room. Hand-tufted in premium wool, the rug combines luxurious texture with durability, offering a modern twist on a classic design.

Cleaning: Vacuum regularly without a brush. For more thorough cleaning, dry cleaning is recommended.

Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
