The Illusion Rug is part of LAYERED’s 10th Anniversary Collection, Ten Years Unfolded, celebrating a decade of bold design and innovation. This collection showcases LAYERED’s commitment to timeless craftsmanship and creative vision.

Originally introduced in 2015 as part of LAYERED’s first collection, the Illusion Rug draws inspiration from the intricate patterns of Persian art and architecture, creating a captivating optical effect with a sense of depth. Hand-tufted in premium wool, the rug combines luxurious texture with durability, and its three new colorways offer a modern reinterpretation of a classic design.

Cleaning: Vacuum regularly without a brush. For more thorough cleaning, dry cleaning is recommended.

Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.

Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
