• Crafted from pure Ethiopian highland sheep wool, each rug's thread, knotting, and weaving are entirely handmade, without any chemical use.
• Woven rugs consist of 50% wool and 50% cotton, while knotted rugs feature 80% wool with a 20% cotton warp.
• The wool's natural color remains untouched by chemical processing, maintaining its original hue. Sizes may vary slightly, with color shades exhibiting minor differences. These irregularities highlight the unique charm of handmade items.

Made of pure Ethiopian highland sheep wool. Thread, knotting, and weaving are entirely handmade. No chemicals were used.
Woven rugs: weaving is made of wool (50%) and warp is made of cotton (50%).
Knotted rugs: knotting is done of wool (80%), and the warp is made of cotton (20%)

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
