Description
This scatter pillow is made from a soft cotton velvet and inspired by the art-deco style. The applique work is done skillfully by hand and machine giving the cushion a character with different textures and colours. No fillers included. Velvet: Oeko-tex certified cotton. Cotton Thread for embroidery: Oeko-tex certified.

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or UK authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.
As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as an EORI number for businesses. The shipping company will contact you if needed.
Lead Time

Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Return Policy
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
