Transforming your house into a cozy home is a special journey, and our curated collection features globally sourced items, many of which are made to order. Production and delivery times can range from a few days to several months, depending on the item.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
