Soft is a collection of floor and table lights where the beautiful, rounded conic glass shade takes the center stage. With a three-stage touch control to dim the light, the collection is versatile and suitable for use in residential, office, and commercial environments. The blown opal glass shade is acid-etched to produce a diffused, soft light which is named the collection.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
