With a love for natural materials and colors, our handmade rug is woven from 100% New Zealand OEKO-tex certified wool. The yarns are carded by hand to maintain texture in the wool, and every rug is handwoven in India by skilled artisans.
The design is inspired by the charm of traditional Scandinavian farm life, where wool was essential for warmth during the cold winters. The traditional look gives a calm and relaxed expression to your home.

Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or UK authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.
As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as an EORI number for businesses. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Lead time estimates will be provided once the product is added to your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Rest assured, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Return Policy
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
