The Rya rug is made of 100% New Zealand wool, which adds natural beauty and ensures easy maintenance. The natural properties of New Zealand wool makes it non-allergenic and fire-resistant which helps to create a safe and healthy indoor environment, and also it has a natural ability to resist dirt.

New Zealand wool is made with animal friendly practices and it is sustainable, natural and biodegradable. New Zealand wool has long fibres and therefore peeling is minimized.

Professional cleaning is recommended. Never clean with chemicals!

Daily Cleaning: Use a vacuum cleaner without a brush. Vacuum frequently when the carpet is new as it will shed fluff for a period. Always vacuum in the direction of the pile. Rotate the rug twice a year to avoid uneven wear. Place felt under the feet of heavy furniture to prevent damage. Be aware that colors may fade if exposed to strong sunlight for extended periods. Staining from the backside may occur, so use an underlay on delicate surfaces. For further advice, please contact your local dealer.

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or UK authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as an EORI number for businesses. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
