While developing the idea of the My Writing Desk (MWD), designer Inesa Malafej had a clear goal – to reduce the chaotic clutter that creative work brings to the table. The result is a desk that has its storage space organized around the tabletop, where the objects are always in sight and easily accessible. This enlarges the desktop beyond its edges without the worry that things might fall down. Furthermore, any unnecessary objects can simply be pushed to the sides, for storage.

Transforming a house into a cozy home is a journey. Our curated collection includes globally sourced items, many made to order just for you. The production and delivery time ranges from couple days to several months. Upon receiving your order, we'll email you an estimated timeline and provide ongoing updates. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
