*For those with a US queen-size mattress, we recommend the 160x200 cm Japan Bed. Please note that the dimensions listed are for the mattress size, and a US queen mattress is slightly smaller, causing the bed slats to be visible. To achieve a seamless look, we suggest using a pair of 80x200 cm Tatami Mats under the mattress. This not only covers the slats but also enhances the overall aesthetic and comfort of your bed.

Note that because wood is a living material that develops over time, there may be minor color variations from one product to the next.

Clear Lacquered Pine wood

Wood: The knots in natural wood furniture are individual characteristics and charisma of each piece of furniture. Not two will look the same. You can expect the natural wood surfaces to change over time when permanently exposed to the climate, sunlight, and humidity fluctuations.

General wood care: do not place hot objects on the furniture, do not place candles directly on the furniture, immediately wipe off any spilled liquids with a damp cloth, regularly check if the screws and fittings are tight.

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or UK authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as an EORI number for businesses. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Lead time estimates will be provided once the product is added to your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Rest assured, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
