This Jackie cushion cover, crafted from 100% polypropylene, features a custom-woven fabric for a soft, luxurious feel. Produced energy-efficiently without harmful coatings, these outdoor cushions are designed to endure sun and light rain, thanks to their water-absorbing yet quick-drying nature.

Resistant to unpleasant smells, discoloration, wrinkles, and dirt, the Jackie cushion maintains its color and allure even after extended use. While you can leave them out in the rain, we recommend bringing them inside if you want your cushions to stay dry. The filling is sturdier than an indoor filling but still soft enough to be used indoors as well.

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or UK authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as an EORI number for businesses. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
