Diamond is Charlotte Lancelot’s new collection of outdoor kilims for GAN, made from 100% recycled PET. The designer’s goal was to create a multi-faceted colored diamond, thanks to the superposition of different translucent geometric figures. The result offers fascinating visual effects of transparency and gradients that show that beauty and sustainability, at GAN, always go hand in hand.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
