Hand-crafted FSC certified solid oak frame. Seat and back laminated oak veneer. Armrests made of 22 layers of oak veneer + leather upholstery. Coated with water-based clear lacquer. The front upholstery seat and back pads are replaceable.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
