Crafted from hand-built white stoneware with grog, this cool vase features a textured finish thanks to an experimental glaze mix. The slight variations in each vase celebrate its handcrafted nature, offering a distinct and personalized touch to your living space.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
