The repetitive oval forms of the glass when illuminated bring about a heavenly effect. Each oval opal glass shade is arranged with an almost poetic rhythm. It is a signature CTO statement chandelier. Cloudesley revisits classical lines and brings them to the modern and sophisticated interiors of today effortlessly.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
