Shaggy Checked Rug

Shaggy Rug has a cozy and soft expression with high and low piles. The rugs in the collection are handwoven in wool by a 2000-year-old production method from Greece. Each rug is placed in swirling streams of a natural waterfall to create its lively softness and texture. All pieces in the collection are made individually so there might be variations in size and color, meaning that all our customers can enjoy a unique piece. To prevent the rug from slipping, it is advisable to use a rug pad. 

Due to the long pile and the natural material, shaggy rugs have a tendency to shed. By regular vacuuming, the shedding decreases over time but will never cease completely.

Hand-woven. Each rug is unique and can vary slightly in size and color.

Cleaning: Vacuum regularly without a brush. For more thorough cleaning, dry cleaning is recommended.

Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.

Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Swiss authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide necessary information to customs. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
