Sculptural when off, the light playfully interacts with its surroundings when illuminated, accentuating its sleek form. With a nod to traditional design, RING serves as a stunning standalone fixture or can be paired with the RING Wall and Pendant Lights for a more dramatic statement.

Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Swiss authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide necessary information to customs. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
