• Handcrafted with pure Ethiopian highland sheep wool, the rugs by Sera boast manual threading, knotting, and weaving, free from chemical use.
• Woven rugs are crafted with a blend of 50% wool and 50% cotton, while knotted rugs are made with 80% wool and 20% cotton.
• The wool threads retain their natural color, as they are not chemically processed. This means your rug may have slight variations in size and color, which are part of its handmade charm.

• Thanks to the natural lanolin in the wool, these rugs are easy to maintain. Simply vacuum, clean them in the snow, or give them a good shake from time to time.
• For woven rugs, a water wash is possible, but ensure they dry completely.
• For best care of knotted rugs, professional cleaning is recommended.
• The colors of your rug will stay vibrant as they are derived from the natural hues of the wool.

Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Swiss authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide necessary information to customs. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Rest assured, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
