Please note, this vase isn't waterproof as the interior remains unglazed. To keep it looking its best, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or use a small brush for those intricate details.

Crafted from white stoneware mixed with grog, it boasts a textured surface achieved through an experimental glaze technique. These thoughtful touches create slight variations, giving each piece its own personality and story.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
