• Most stains from the upholstery can be removed with water and any kind of a mild detergent like soap and then wiped dry. Do not scratch or rub.
• The 4th seat in the corner sofa can be installed on either the left or right side, or used as a standalone seat.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
