This unit is manufactured from solid oak or walnut.

Craftsmen manufacture this product and there is variety between each unit. This is because wood is a natural product, with natural colour and grain variations. Natural timber is affected by sunlight; this can cause the wood colour to darken. For this reason (especially if placed in direct sunlight) it is recommended that placing objects in the same position for long periods of time is avoided. This potential colour adjustment becomes less relevant as the product ages.

It is recommended that no abrasive cleaners or solvents are used to clean the unit. Please only use proprietary furniture polishes or alternatively, warm water with a diluted mild detergent. Care should be taken when placing items onto the glass top; especially heavy items that if dropped could cause the glass to shatter.

Two people should lift the glass in order to avoid damage.

Do not put excessive weight on the glass and never sit or stand on the desk.

Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Swiss authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide necessary information to customs. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
