Description

Rug No.01 stands out as a versatile decorative gem, perfect for adorning walls or enriching floors. Crafted from natural, unbleached wool, it features a soft shell hue with a sand-colored base. Its unique curved triumph arc shape, combined with the interplay of low and high pile lengths, weaves together a narrative of poetic bohemian elegance. The addition of a lengthy fringe edge along its boundary infuses an element of artistic sophistication.

Each rug's unique charm is the result of meticulous handcrafting, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike. It's important to note that, due to its partially long pile and shaggy nature, this rug might shed more than those with shorter piles. Regular vacuuming is advised to manage shedding, maintaining the rug's pristine condition and beauty.

Product Care

Cappelen Dimyr is produced by hand in the finest wool with long and strong fibers. Because of its natural structure, the long pile rugs tend to shed initially, and it is therefore recommended to vacuum the rugs daily in the beginning. It is common for rugs to lose individual fibers, and this has been taken in to consideration in all Cappelen Dimyr designs, to make sure that the excess fibers do not affect the quality of the rug. It is recommended flat spout when vacuuming long pile rugs to avoid damaging the yarn. Make sure not to use a heavy beater bar. Shedding tends to decrease within a couple of months.

Return Policy

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
