Ocean Lounge Table

The Ocean collection was originally designed in 1955 by some of the 20th century’s most renowned designers, Jørgen and Nanna Ditzel. The design has now been created in plastic waste from Carlsberg’s discarded beer kegs.

The series is characterized by its light structure with repeated slats and metal frames, made and tested for outdoor use. The Ocean collection is designed for disassembly, meaning that the design allows each component in its purest form to recycle into new production circles.

A powder-coated steel surface is durable and requires very little maintenance. It is recommended to use only a soft, dry cloth to clean powder-coated surfaces; however, if more thorough cleaning is needed, a soft cloth wrung out in lukewarm water can be gently applied.

Always dry the surface immediately after cleaning with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive detergents on powder-coated surfaces, as these may permanently damage the finish. Minor scratches or damages to the surface can lead to corrosion.

Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as a fødselsnummer or organisasjonsnummer. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
